Full advice was given throughout the process with continued focus on delivering the best solution for us. Clean, tidy, courteous and kind, we will be using this team for future house projects. “My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

“Excellent job by Myles and his team, we needed a side extension for our ground floor Victoria flat and we received a prompt site visit, quote and great communication through from Myles. He dealt with issues quickly and shared progress reports with us throughout - a truly forward thinking contractor. He drives a very nice car too so must be doing something right! We will get the Assembld team back to covert our loft once we have the budget next year. Thanks again, 5* from us. Oli and Vanessa”

“Lindpro converted my loft into two bedrooms with an en-suite and did complete renovations of my previous 4 bedroom house in Twickenham. The projects was finished to high standards and Lindpro team were very professional and friendly. Jerzy was awesome and helped us with many undecided aspects during the project. The whole project was estimated for 6 months but it was completed in 7 however we added some extra works that extended for about a month. Will recommend Lindpro to anyone without any doubt. They are 100% pro and this experience helped me to realise that working with builders can be a pleasure rather then nightmare which experienced before.”

“We have worked with Andy on several building projects. He is an extremely reliable and trustworthy individual. He has managed our projects with the utmost professionalism being very transparent throughout. Andy being very hardworking and focussed has always taken on full responsibility for our projects which meant minimal supervision was required from our end. This was a great positive for us as both of us work long hours and have very little time to focus on these projects. Knowing how much the projects meant to us and how little time we had on hand Andy ensured they were completed to our satisfaction. This meant we could go on for weeks without having to really worry about the work being done or visit the site and be rest assured it was in good hands. He constantly updated us on the developments and reminded us on tasks ahead . Our neighbours have also passed compliments on Andy and his team on several occasions mentioning that they have not met such hardworking builders. He is very resourceful and well networked with various distributers ,etc.. and has enabled us to buy building materials at better prices . In the end we have always been very pleased with the results. You can always tell that he has put his heart and soul into the job. We would recommend Andy and would always go back to him for future projects.”

“I have used Chris and his team at R.A.S Construction for several 'full service' projects (covering refurbishment, extending, plumbing, re-wiring etc) - each time the work and service has been exceptional. We received a detailed, competitive quote and the work was completed on-time to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending them or using again. He provided references and gave the opportunity to view past projects (we were so impressed by the work and dedication that we were happy to have potential customers contact us and even view our finished projects).”
