“I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”

“Fleur de Lis Construction did a fantastic job converting my old dungy attached garage into a beautiful new kitchen, dining room, pantry and mud room. They also expanded my laundry room creating a much more functional home. Their work was top notch, kept on budget and the timeline. My wife and I are very pleased with our new space. “We have used Brooks Henderson/Henderson Building Group for two renovations at our home. We were extremely pleased both times. The first was a renovation in our daylight basement of a recreation room and bathroom. They gutted our rec room, creating a stone fireplace, book cases, tile floor, and completely renovated a bathroom adjacent to the space. The second was a renovation of an upstairs bath room, installing new floors, tub surround and cabinets and sinks. We also asked them to add crown moulding in bedrooms and study where there had been none before.”
