“If you are looking to remodel your home, I can unequivocally recommend RCB Homes. They have contradicted all the bad reports you hear about troublesome contractors in home remodel projects. They have been simply excellent throughout the process. They have been responsive throughout the process, returning my calls in a very timely manner, usually the same day. They have shown attention to detail, reviewing the work of the subcontractors and ensuring that the job was done right. When I brought concerns to their attention, they did not quibble, but listened and took action to ensure that the issue was addressed. Their contractors were all timely and respectful and performed excellent workmanship. My neighbors are raving about the finished product...telling me they are grateful for the view! I could not recommend RCB more highly and could not be more pleased with the finished product.”

“After purchasing an existing home, we hired Holly Homes to complete renovation on the inside and the development of a luxery patio in the back of the home. The project involved the movement of walls, new drywall, paint, tile and wood flooring as well as electrical and plumming work. The project was completed in an organized and orderly fashion with all questions and concerns posed to us for proper decision making. The cost was right on budget and timeliness of project steps remained ahead of schedule. The members of Holly Homes kept the home clean and secure as we had not yet moved in. I would not hesitate to hire the professionals at Holly Homes again in the future or to recommend them to anyone for projects of all sizes and scopes.”

“I have know Carl Jacobs for many years. I contracted with him in early 2000 to build me a wonderful two story country style home. It was and is the envy of the neighborhood. Carl is a true professional and really knows his trade. Any problem I had before the construction was complete or even after it was complete he was there to work the issue. I am 100% satisfied with the work he did for me and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone building a new home or having their home remodeled. I know you will be totally satisfied with the finished product.”

“Jonathan McGrath Construction completed a Kitchen Remodel that required extensive planning and a very creative approach to accomplish the goal of the project and meet my expectations. The team’s approach to the project brought new ideas and options that we had not considered. The execution of the project was per schedule for both time and cost. The resulting remodel was beyond all of our expectations. It is our feeling that a measure of success for this type of project is whether there is a real return on investment that translates into an increase in home value that offsets the cost of the project. We feel that this remodel has actually increased our home value more than the cost because of the unique approaches and exceptional execution!
