“I am an interior designer that has worked on several of Toll Brothers higher end homes in Irvine and Yorba Linda. In my dealings with the properties, they are well built. With many new homes, especially flipped homes, I always run into quirks, imperfections etc. and that has never been the case on these homes. Some of their homes have great floorplan layouts, and some not so great, but that is just my opinion. I guess there is a plan for everyone. Great builder!”

“My husband and I had Mike Monahan and his team do a large addition on our home this past year. we lived though the renovation and it wasn't painful at all. The project was started in October and was completed by March. At one point Mr Monahan asked me if we wanted to do a 2 piece crown molding though out our first floor. I told him that it wasn't in the budget. He went ahead and did it anyway at no additional cost because he valued us as his clients and new that would make the job look wonderful. We are super happy and could not recommend him enough”

“Michael did an AMAZING job for us. One of the firms that we interviewed was an architect from the firm that designed the original job. He withdrew saying "your home is what it is, there's nothing that can be done to change it." Dakota Dawn gave us a whole new look with relatively minor exterior work. What they accomplished on the inside was remarkable. We would recommend them without reservation!”

From cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, wall coverings and countertops coupled with a large selection of floor plans, we had a variety of choices in each category to truly make this home “ours”. The superior wall foundations used by Green Robin Homes has withstood the test of time with our home - no leaks, cracks or any other structural problems in the 27 years we have lived here. “Paul installed a stone backsplash in my kitchen and did such a great job we referred him to a few of our friends who had him do full remodels of their kitchens and they were just as happy as I was! He is meticulous and easy to work with. I have seen other jobs that he has done and am always so impressed.”
