“The team (Bob, Brendan and Lisa) at BLD Homes was extremely professional and accommodating from the start of my build all the way until handover. As this was our first building experience, we weren’t sure what to expect. We have had friends and family with some horror stories with builders in the past, but we knew from the beginning that we were in good hands. Our home was completed well within the time frame and the quality was top class! Any minor issues were quickly resolved to ensure that our move was timely and smooth. They were with us along the way and. We appreciated the constant updates from the team throughout the build and were very impressed with their knowledge/expertise in relation to the design of ou home. This was a large and challenging project but they made it very easy and very satisfying experience for us. The team at BLD was very transparent and honest and provided full details of the cost upfront, I wouldn't choose anyone else for my next home.”

Where we hit design problems he had solutions that not only had a better visual and functional outcome but actually saved us money. “Above and beyond. These guys are truly incredible. They turned our wild visions into reality and we are ecstatic with the result. Adam and his team offer the highest quality workmanship and are always approachable and contactable. Reanna worked her magic behind-the-scenes sourcing products for our build and ensuring everything ran to budget. Their extensive network of tradespeople meant that we had the best plasterers, plumbers, tilers and electricians working on our home. These guys are truly a one-stop-shop. Thank you Adam and Reanna – we can't wait to keep working with you on the second phase of our renovation.”
