“I would absolutely recommend anyone to build with them in the future. They built a very upscale home for my clients when they were having difficulty finding the right home. They worked very well with my clients throughout the process in some instances going above and beyond. Their quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic! I have no reservations about referring anyone to them and they will be my first choice to refer any clients to that are interested in building in the future and in fact should I decide to build again they would be my choice also. My clients were extremely happy with their home and in the end, were extremely happy with me for referring them! In summary, they built a high quality home without cutting corners - I recommend them highly and without reservation!”

“We bought a model of Yost Construction because we were in a jam and it's been a beautiful wonderful home in a peaceful location with a lake/pond in the back yard. I love our huge front porch and I love sitting with a good book or drink on our back patio watching the ducks or the crane that will some times make an appearance. Quality is great and the space is designed/used well! this will be our forever home until we retire and head south!”

“After going to every Parade of Homes in Medina County for over a year; and interviewing several local builders, we chose Legacy Homes. The way John handled our initial meeting—the one I brought a 3” binder stuffed with years of “ ideas” to—was a great way to begin a relationship. He was open to my ideas and was able to show us how he could put my vision into one of his homes. His creativity and fondness for unique features appealed to my design background; and my husband appreciated his direct approach and “what he was able to deliver for the price”. John and his team’s field experience and subcontractor relationships made the process simple and they stayed on schedule. John’s attention to detail, focus on aesthetics and his overall vision for the space produced a stunning and beautiful home. It is highly functional and reflects our lifestyle. “Very easy to work with. We we're on the fence about building but after meeting with them we knew it was the right thing to do. They worked with us on our budget - allowing us to complete some of the work ourselves to save money. Our house was completed within 6 months of breaking ground and we are extremely happy with the quality of construction. They've always been responsive to any minor fixes or questions we've had over the past 2 years. I give them my highest recommendation to anyone looking to build.”

“Petros just completed our amazing modern home in Independence, OH and we could not be more excited to share the outcome (pictures coming). It is nearly a full custom and the x factor from Petros was most certainly Tricia Soltesz, their head designer. She has an amazing eye for any décor, but specifically we very much valued her guidance for our modern contemporary look. There are some truly unique elements in our house that we personally have not ever seen before. Amazing experience with Petros design center and overall build out.”
