“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

Fortunately with the owner of Hulton Development, he was very good at communicating the process and costs associated with the project and when the project had an unexpected change order, Thomas made it work and was efficient at making our concerns, his concerns. “I've been working with Brad now for a number of years as his photographer, and over that time have photographed numerous finished projects, and can attest to the attention to detail he gives each and every job. I always look forward to shooting one of his projects, as I know everything will ready to go, (even having all of the lights on prior to my arrival)! Brad always includes some extremely nice upgrades not often found in most homes, particularly built-in iPads that control specific features within the home, and in-closet safes that provide a great level of security. I can't recommend working with Brad and San Diego City Homes enough, and I look forward to making his next project shine!”

“Chris Langston built a new construction house for me. It has 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms. It is 1346 square feet. It has an attached garage. Chris was very willing to listen to my ideas and make changes to the plans to make them happen. He is very pleasant to work with-very calm and patient. He definitely knows the construction business and had great ideas when I wasn't sure if something would look good or not. I love my house. Thank you Chris!”

“Brian and Tony recently completed a remodel of our 30+ year old home in Encinitas. They did an excellent job. Both my husband and I are very pleased with their work. Every inch of our home was remodeled. We reconfigured walls, added lots of built-ins, new kitchen and baths, new flooring and windows and customized each room. Along the way, we made several changes to the plans. Brian and Tony adjusted plans accordingly, never acting put out over modifications. They offered innovated ideas and and were very mindful of costs. Their crew was great (their tile installer was awesome!). They saved us a lot of money by installing our wood floors themselves (which turned out beautiful). They stayed in budget and communicated with us throughout the remodel, getting the entire project done in about 4 months. We had to wait a few months to get on their schedule but so glad we did. We would definitely recommend Treadlight Construction. We absolutely love our home. Job well done guys!”

“We have used Unite Top Quality Construction for several different projects around our 1960's home. They have done a bathroom remodel, roof repair, window installation, painting inside and out, electrical work, concreted an entire space below our house, and much more. They are on time, do the work at the price quoted, they clean up afterward every day, and they are nice people as well. I highly recommend them!”
