“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

I enjoy working for Divine because his homeowners are given a more then fair allowance to spend on floorcovering. So many of the OTHER builders I work with offer their customers allowances that are not consistant with the value of the homes that are built. As a consumer myself, I feel good about being able to sell quality products that Divines customers expect and Deserve!!”
