“After 34 years of marriage and many moves we were finally ready to put down roots and build our forever home and we are so happy that Troy and Lisa Parker agreed to partner with us on this project! They were an absolute pleasure to work with- responsive, professional and organized. They have a good working relationship with their high quality and reputable subcontractors and there is a commitment to excellence throughout the building process. Both Troy and Lisa were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The sheer volume of details/decisions that go into building a custom home can be overwhelming to say the least, but Troy and Lisa are always calm and focused- you know you are in good hands. Our house had a number of challenging custom features, e.g., old doors, custom vent hood, reclaimed beams, vintage beadboard wall- Troy and Lisa worked closely with us always going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the end result. They are a great team with Troy's experience and knowledge of the industry and Lisa's strong organizational skills keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and managing the budget. We are thrilled with our beautiful home and feel so blessed that we get to live here. Troy and Lisa were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone considering building or remodeling.”

“I was referred to Rhino Design Build by a long-time friend, and the job was to restore a masonry store front that had been damaged by a vehicle. Danny produced a common-sense solution that should have produced a rapid completion. The City of San Antonio required extra professional evaluations and modernization that was beyond the repairs and involved extra costs. He dealt with these extra requirements and the job was completed in a reasonable time, even with the extra work and extra specialty reports that the City required. I was pleased with the jobs performed. The property was in escrow to be sold when this happened, and no problems resulted.”

Our experience of building our first custom home was SO much better than what we had anticipated based on the horror stories you often hear of! Genuine Custom Homes was with us each and every step of the way and Karl was amazing to work with!!! His organization skills speak volumes for themselves. We were constantly kept in the loop of what the current status was and what we could expect to come and it was so nice to know that we had someone supervising our project who cared about our home just as much as we did! Karl was always in contact with us and set up appointments for us with his chosen professionals who already knew about our style before we even arrived to meet with them to discuss specifics. We were involved in the entire process and when we were not immediately available we had the confidence that Karl knew our goals and style well enough to make things happen as we would have them. We would absolutely recommend a Genuine Custom Home to our friends and family-- we have now been in our home for six months and from the date of move in we have not been disappointed! On top of that...Karl has been in contact occasionally to check in with us which is nice...it's not often you get taken care of after the completion of your project (sale)!”

“My wife and I hired Parker Kane Custom Homes in late summer 2013 to do an outdoor living area along with some interior redesign. We found them through a recommendation from our architect. Everybody at Parker Kane was very professional, hard working, and friendly! Before we started the project I gave Parker Kane a hard deadline to be finished before my wife's surprise birthday party. They finished the project on time and it was beautifully done!
We were so happy with Parker Kane we hired them to do a total remodel of our kitchen the following summer. Again I put a hard deadline on the finish for a party we were hosting with close friends. Again Parker Kane came through for us and the kitchen turned out awesome!
I have recommended Parker Kane Custom homes to some friends and will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants a fantastic build on their new home or remodel.”
