“When my husband and I decided to relocate to Texas we didn't have any builder, real estate agent or location in mind. The general want list was someplace where there were trees and space around any home we bought. We dropped into a real estate office in Canyon Lake and met a agent that agreed on the spot to take us out looking at homes. On our second day of looking we found our home in Canyon Lake. It was open concept, high ceilings, large rooms and a well thought out floor plan. We made an offer and requested some input into the finishes of the house. Our offer was accepted and we met Tom Lander soon after. He worked with us as far as finishes and counter tops and lighting. Tom was never anything but fair and supportive.
