“I was recommended this firm to carry out renovation of my 2 bedroom maisonette which required updating. The scope included demolition of existing kitchen, bathroom and removal of flooring and ceilings. New pipework was installed following the relocation of the boiler and changes in the bathroom from having a bathtub to walk in shower. the toilet was also repositioned which required changes to the waste pipework. The walls and ceiling in every room and hallway was re-plastered to a very high standard. The painting was carried out with attention to detail with lines done immaculately. The kitchen installation was carried out expertly with minor corner voids covered in a very professional way. The wall tiling in the kitchen and bathroom flooring was completed perfectly with not even a sign of snags or misalignment. All ceiling downlights were installed in all rooms without affecting the plastered finishing. The flooring and skirting installation was done with recommended underlay assisting with noise proofing. They also recommended insulating the roof space to assist with heat retention. Throughout the process, communication was key to a successful project with options being provided transparently. I would recommend to anyone who requires either major work or minor maintenance as their standards are of the highest quality. Their operatives are very professional and clean up after their work. The experience for me was made easy due to the professionalism of this very capable firm. Top marks!”

“Ash Builders refurbished my house in June 2018. From start to finish I received the most excellent service. Slim’s knowledge of the building trade and refurbishments was extremely insightful, helping me make good decisions on what I could have in my home. The work was carried out by Slim and his sons in the time frame arranged and was done efficiently with minimum disruption. A hard task when internal walls were being knocked down. They were clean, tidy and friendly. No job was too big or small for them, even when I changed my mind! I would 100% recommend Ash Builders for their above excellent work. My home is everything I wanted it to be and more.”

“We have worked with Andy on several building projects. He is an extremely reliable and trustworthy individual. He has managed our projects with the utmost professionalism being very transparent throughout. Andy being very hardworking and focussed has always taken on full responsibility for our projects which meant minimal supervision was required from our end. This was a great positive for us as both of us work long hours and have very little time to focus on these projects. Knowing how much the projects meant to us and how little time we had on hand Andy ensured they were completed to our satisfaction. This meant we could go on for weeks without having to really worry about the work being done or visit the site and be rest assured it was in good hands. He constantly updated us on the developments and reminded us on tasks ahead . Our neighbours have also passed compliments on Andy and his team on several occasions mentioning that they have not met such hardworking builders. He is very resourceful and well networked with various distributers ,etc.. and has enabled us to buy building materials at better prices . “Crown Point Builders did an excellent job for us in replacing a odd shaped shower cubicle that was very old and leaking to the flat below. Ben was quick to respond to our initial enquiry, promptly visited the property to view the work and gave as a quote. He gave us a time frame for starting and completing the work which he stuck to. All our questions were dealt with quickly. The work was done to a high standard and we are delighted with the new shower. We would highly recommend Crown Point Builders.”
