“My husband and I had Mike Monahan and his team do a large addition on our home this past year. we lived though the renovation and it wasn't painful at all. The project was started in October and was completed by March. At one point Mr Monahan asked me if we wanted to do a 2 piece crown molding though out our first floor. I told him that it wasn't in the budget. He went ahead and did it anyway at no additional cost because he valued us as his clients and new that would make the job look wonderful. We are super happy and could not recommend him enough”

“"I have hired Lorenzo, Michael and Andrew for a full master bathroom remodeling and this was one of the best decisions I have taken so far. They gave me a lot of ideas, making my new bathroom not only efficient and functional, but also SO SO ELEGANT!!! These guys are fantastic! They offer a full package: great quality work, fantastic and extremely creative ideas, excellent communication with clients, very hard working, keeping a very clean area at all times. They helped me chose the best materials, and make the best decisions. I have learnt to trust them, and followed their advice, as this was my first experience with bathroom remodeling so far., The final result is way above my expectations, and beyond my imagination. I am way more than happy and I am convinced that I would have made a big mistake if I hired anybody else. I will definitely recommend hiring them, as I plan to hire them myself for my future projects: another full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom remodeling as well as replacing all the floors throughout my house. “Justin and his crew remodeled my kitchen and did a BEAUTIFUL job. I wanted to salvage the original custom made thick hard wood cabinets and they took their time sanding and painting them for me so they would work with our new grey/white design. The workers were all nice and considerate and included my kids in things when they were around the house taking interest in the construction. Could not say enough good things about them! They have since come back and done many projects around the house for us!”

“Michael did an AMAZING job for us. One of the firms that we interviewed was an architect from the firm that designed the original job. He withdrew saying "your home is what it is, there's nothing that can be done to change it." Dakota Dawn gave us a whole new look with relatively minor exterior work. What they accomplished on the inside was remarkable. We would recommend them without reservation!”

“Overall, I had a decent experience working with V.I.P Home Builders Inc. While the home they built for me met my expectations in terms of quality and design, there were some issues with the cleanliness of the job site after completion. The construction process left behind a significant amount of debris and materials, which took longer than expected to clean up. While the team was polite and professional throughout the process, I would have appreciated more attention to detail in terms of job site cleanup. That being said, I am happy with the end result and would recommend V.I.P Home Builders Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable and quality home builder.”

“Meisenbacher Homes handled the construction of our new home at Seaside Park, NJ which is at the NJ shore.. Meisenbacher handled everything seamlessly from the new foundation of custom pilings to the completion of the two story custom home. They handled all necessary permits so we were stress free. The home included many wonderful upgrades such as hardwood floors throughout, on-demand hot water system and features such as custom raised decks in the front and rear of the home. My wife and I highly recommed Meisenbacher homes.”
