“Jeffrey L. Henry Inc. built our dream home in 2014 and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone that Jeff surrounds himself with are first class all the way. From his office staff to all his subcontractors. The design process was great fun (and exciting too). Jeff and Justin came up with a completely new floor plan for us which fits our life style perfectly. To put it in a nutshell... You get more than you expect! Even though all the specifications are listed out for you, the actual finished product is much better than shown. Granted, we went over budget in certain areas (like the kitchen) but Jeff's budgets are quite generous! When ever we asked for something, Jeff's response was always "Yes". There were no surprises, no drama and above all the home is beautiful inside and out. Would we have Jeffrey L. Henry build us another home? Is tomorrow too soon?!”

“Paul Nalley Sr and Residential Builders built our 2000 sq ft modular rancher. We began the process in March 2014 and completed the home in December 2014. Paul was professional, technically competent, patient, thorough, reliable and everything we could hope him to be. He hired good subcontractors, he was(and is ) responsive to calls, deadlines and our concerns. We worked with an agency called Second Chance, to who we donated our old house for deconstruction and Paul was totally cooperative with them and their schedule. The work of our home is beautiful. Paul gives his honest opinion; when we asked about concrete slab vs basement, he said basement and was so right. He advised us on driveway, the height of ceilings, lots o things and while he would give his opinion when asked, he never pushed or complained when we did something else. This may seem unreal, as our recommendation is so positive, but it is all true. He is now our friend.”

“Legacy Restoration, Inc. relocated my kitchen to a different room in my 100 year old house which required a complete gutting as well as adding and moving windows, doors and walls. The former kitchen was also gutted and turned into a pantry and wine room. All work was done on time, on budget and to my exact specifications. No delays, change orders and fees, or other issues of any kind. I got a weekly progress report from the owners and daily check ins with the foreman on site. Now I have a fabulous kitchen and pantry ! They are the best.”

Since then we have had him do several additional jobs including a back patio. We have always been more then thrilled with everything he has done for us. He takes great pride in his workmanship as well as satisfying the customer to ensure you get exactly the home you are looking for. We would highly recommend him for any job you might have.”
