“Denise and her team did a beautiful renovation to our stairs. They transformed our stairway from carpet to wood. They stained and sealed the wood, making sure we were satisfied with each piece prior to installation. Very professional team with great communication and treated this project as if it were their own house! Highly recommend for any home renovation project!”

“Peggy Cornelius is an excellent general contractor. Having been through several renovations on various properties, I found that she hired some of the best subs who had high standards in their quality of work respect for us as the homeowner. Throughout the process, Peggy provided options that resulted in a better design than the one with which we were originally working. And for a neatnik like me, I was impressed at how neat and clean everything was throughout the process. I hope to have a chance to hire her again soon!”

“Me and the wife finally decided to upgrade our kitchen by getting it remodeled. It was a much easier process than I had expected. Working with Gifford Homes was amazing. They stopped by and talked us through all of our potential remodeling options, and pricing as well as pros and cons to certain features. After that they came in and knocked out the project, and did an amazing job. If you need a kitchen remodel in Jacksonville, Florida they are the people to call!”
