“This is the second major project in a year's time where we have used MLM. The first project was the total renovation of two bath rooms. They both were beautifully finished. The second project was the3 addition of a large screen porch on the rear of the house. The room is 22' X 22'. It has porcelain tile floors, ceiling fans, and can lights on a cathedral ceiling. Machi is very much a professional who stays in close contact with the owners. We recommended him to a neighbor who had him remodel a bathroom. They also were very satisfied.”

While going through the process of building our home with Kenny and Dodie Adams, we were always confident that everything would be to our standard or even beyond. Deadlines and budgets were always met within reason. They were always available to us and kept in close contact throughout the project. “The Parks is a very quiet and high end neighborhood. I love that while most subdivisions have become very bland and repetitive, The Parks is all custom homes. They have requirements that keep all of the houses upscale and looking great. If you are looking for a peaceful and gated community, you should look into The Parks.”

The pavilion measures about 30 feet by 60 feet and is custom made with Architectural Trusses and finishing touches that match my custom designed home.
