From the start, Joe was extremely friendly, and helpful. He asked the right questions, and then over a 6 month period showed me all the different types of properties that I requested. Joe was very patient and provided me with all the information I needed to make a great purchase. He was not pushy or aggressive like other agents. He was extremely flexible and was willing to show me places whenever I was available. “My wife and I purchased a lot of land back in 2018 and we spend over a year looking for a reliable and trustworthy builder we have gone through 3 builders before signing with UpperTown Homes. Daniel knows his stuff, from requesting permits to completing the build within 7 months. It was close to perfect custom home for my wife and I. His commitment to ensuring our house was always first priority and never letting us having an unanswered question was spectacular. I still owe Daniel a dinner for his amazing work on our custom home. Thank you UpperTown Homes! Our project was on .87 acre of land, 5000 sq ft under roof, 3500 sq ft of heated space, 1 1/2 stories.”

“My husband & I have had the privilege of working with Todd Reed & Ron Reed for many years. Todd was very helpful when we were trying to determine the house plan that we wanted to use to build our second home. There were some changes that we wanted to make to the original plan & he made the process so simple & easy for us. Todd was also very helpful in keeping us on budget. Ron was available for us it seemed like on a daily basis. He oversaw every step of the building process & made sure the work was done with excellence. After moving into our home they worked hard to correct the few issues that we had. We have also worked with Reed Brothers on a professional level as well. My husband has installed the septic systems for Todd & Ron for many years. They are always clear in the instructions of where the system needs to be placed as well as providing the proper permits & paper work for our job to run smoothly. “I can't speak highly enough about the job Pemberley Properties did through out the construction of our home. My wife and I had never built a house, so we were very concerned about finding the right contractor for such a large scale project. We interviewed several contractors and talked with prior customers of all of them. Finally we decided on Ken because he was willing to focus on keeping the project in our budget (which was very important to us), and we felt like he was trying to insure we got the house we wanted and took care of all the details. And there were plenty of details involved because our house is handicap friendly. And we loved our house after it was done. Even after we moved in, he reached out several times our first year in to make sure that any issued that popped up were fixed. My wife and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“We bought a house from Al Kelecki at HASK construction in 2006. Al went beyond our expectations with small concerns we had even after several years. 4 years after the closing, we had HASK Renovations finish one room in the basement as an exercise room. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. This was the smoothest renovation we have ever experienced. Al is an expert in his field and he treats you house as if it is his own. He has very high standards, he can listen and he is always willing to give his advice.”

“I had a problem with a leak over the sliding glass door in the courtyard. This was repaired and I have not had any more problems. . Also, the outside of my house had to be repainted using 5 different shades of paint. This was done in a superb manner. Everything was done nicely. The houses are only 44" apart in this subdivision and so you had to be very careful of the other property. It was all done in a professional manner with no problems. I would recommend The Norwood Group to anyone without any reservations.”
