“My husband and I chose to use Mulberry to build our home because we really liked the style of the previous homes they had built. We were impressed with their immediate response when we expressed interest in building on a vacant lot and they helped guide us determining what size and style would work for our needs. The cost for our custom architectural plans was very reasonable and we were happy with the timeline for revising them and starting on the project. We chose to trust Mulberry with a lot of the details and were pleasantly surprised when they added accents like black closet doors where a traditional white door would have been too stark. Overall, we are so happy to be in our new home and are pleased that Mulberry had the ability to make our vision a reality.”

“Built two custom homes with Bob Webb. Each home was impeccable. Upon re-sale, each home inspector commented that "Bob Webb homes are always very well built," and both home inspections resulted in NO request for repairs! Our homes were completed at the exact price we were told to expect as well. The team was very up front with us and excellent with communication and responsiveness throughout the entire process. They also stood by their craftsmanship during the entire time we lived in the homes. We are so comfortable and impressed, we would build with Bob Webb again in a heartbeat!”

The work they did included: •Rebuilding my chimney •Rebuilt my deck stairs •Replaced my front door •Repaired a damaged patio door •Installed, stained and finished hardwood floors in my great room •Removed windows in my dining room and then installed a patio slider door All the projects were done on time, within budget and none required any call backs.
