Andy as well as his superintendent have been on top of everything, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that all our requests were met. The whole crew, including their contractors, is very professional and have been responsive. Furthermore, Rare Builders/Andy have always addressed any issues - at times we tried to avoid bothering them and we learned our lesson quickly! Our dryer would not seem to work and we kept dealing with the manufacturer only to find out that when I mentioned it in passing to Andy, he knew exactly what the problem was and sent someone out that day. They are absolutely some of the best people we have ever dealt with and will never make you feel like you are a nuisance!”
