“We hired James (JDL Construction) to do numerous projects on our home, including a very large outdoor pergola and several wood finishing projects (including painting) inside our home. We were extremely happy with both the quality of the work his team did and the professional manner in which he and his team always conducted themselves. My husband and I are both perfectionists and really appreciated James's great attention to detail. They also finished within the promised time frame, which I believe is very rare in the world of construction! As a mom at home with young kids during the project, I also really appreciated how friendly, polite, and considerate his whole team was. Fortunately with the owner of Hulton Development, he was very good at communicating the process and costs associated with the project and when the project had an unexpected change order, Thomas made it work and was efficient at making our concerns, his concerns. “Michael was a pleasure to work with, he rebuilt a full kitchen, a wet bath and master bath. In addition, raised a ceiling, reworked beams that came out beautifully and just overall added great suggestions to the design process. He was attentive from the very beginning in listening to my ideas and concerns and providing a detailed budget to the follow through on the project. His crew Jon and Mikey were fantastic dealing with two people and a dog living in the reno space. They worked with me on many of the design aspects and purchasing materials that were quality and cost efficient. I am thrilled with the work that is done and look forward to work with them in the future.”

“Spencer was fabulous. He was polite, professional and friendly. He kept me up dated as the project was being worked on. He left his work area neat when he left each day. He completed the job on time and I am amazed at how great my new bathroom looks. I do recommend using him. In fact I am having him do more work for me. Also his price was excellent.”

“Chris Langston built a new construction house for me. It has 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms. It is 1346 square feet. It has an attached garage. Chris was very willing to listen to my ideas and make changes to the plans to make them happen. He is very pleasant to work with-very calm and patient. He definitely knows the construction business and had great ideas when I wasn't sure if something would look good or not. I love my house. Thank you Chris!”

“SCS North did a wonderful job on multiple projects on our cabin, including demo and rebuild of trex decking, removal of second story door with new window install, sanding and painting of entire outside trim and walls. They were very easy to work with from afar, Greg (Sensitive Information Hidden) responded to our wishes and texts along the way. We are happy to recommend them, and plan to use them for indoor work next.”
