“I have used Carbide Construction over the years for various house projects and am always pleased with their level of professionalism, knowledge and skill of their trade and their positive attitudes. I have used them for kitchen renovations, water damage ceiling and window casings, flooring and most recently a renovation to our 1/2 bath. “Riley Custom Homes built our custom home and incorporated a level of professionalism, integrity and courtesy throughout the entire process, from contract negotiations and construction to establishing an ongoing relationship based upon mutual respect and friendship. Their contract provided full disclosure of all costs. We met every other week, at our time preference, on the job site to discuss progress and upcoming agenda items. Owner, John Riley hires top-rate workers and has superb working relationships with reliable subcontractors. We would highly recommend Riley Custom Homes for a custom home or renovation.”

“My wife and I are very detail oriented and when we found Bella Homes Design we knew that we are in good hands. We did a complete renovation on our 1970's home near Hagerstown, MD. Mark and his team were professional throughout the process and were always available to answer our questions and concerns. As a construction manager firm, the cost of building a quality home was less expensive than building a custom home with a traditional general contractor, and well worth it. He helped us on big and small decision along the process and the entire process was discussed up front. We are very thankful for the special attention to the details and fast response when needed that Mark provided us. I would highly recommend BHD for anyone looking to build a new house or an addition.”

“We contracted Quaker Custom Homes to demolish our old house as well as design and build our new house. They worked closely with us throughout the process, advising us on alternatives and providing suggestions. We are very appreciative to have had Mrs. Diane Moser's guidance from beginning to end. She is not only a wonderful person but very knowledgeable on all kinds of issues. The builders accommodated our design changes whenever possible. Their construction is very solid and of the highest quality. The entire process from demolition to move-in date took seven months. We are thoroughly enjoying our new home. We strongly recommend them without hesitation.”

“"Open-book" contractor, proving high-quality results and creative solutions to the challenges of new home construction. We retained Kevin and his team to demolish a waterfront cottage and rebuild on the same footprint as required by county building restrictions. Kevin worked with us through the permitting process to ensure building and environmental requirements were met. We obtained our plan from the Internet before finding Kevin and were not using an architect for the project. From our first meeting, Kevin was sensitive to our budget needs and provided insightful design suggestions to enhance our project. Kevin has been a pleasure to work with. The open-book contract has made it easy to evaluate the many decision trade offs of the new construction process, and keep us on budget.”
