By this time I had adopted a bit of an attitude regarding the competency of local contractors. "WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE" * Leo showed up to look at the job and arrived exactly when he said he would. * He promised an estimate in a very reasonable time period. I received the estimate before the time period had expired. * They were quite busy and promised a start date that was a couple of months out. They started exactly when they said they would. He gave an estimated time of completion. The job took a little longer than estimated for a couple of reasons. 1: It was a very wet construction season. 2: I had added a couple line items to the original request I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They will be the first ones I call if I have future construction needs”
