I was the Owner on each of these projects as well as the Architect. As an Architect with over thirty years of experience I am most particular concerning the quality of the people who I select to represent me on these type projects and I have never once had any reason to question Jared's competence, knowledge of the marketplace, relationship with his subcontractors or his ability to communicate effectively with all the regulatory players who are involved in the building process here in Summit County. “I worked with Ryan at Ensign Custom Home to build our family home in Lehi, and it couldn't have been a better experience. He was there every step of the way answering question after question after question, proposing recommendations one after the other to keep us on budget and deadline and did so with a great attitude (despite my stress and ever-changing ways). I can't say I've worked with many builders, but in speaking with many friends who have built with other builders or even remodeled their basements, Ryan was by far more hands on and responsive. You can tell he really cares about the end results and wants the owner to be truly happy. “C|C Builders did my entire home remodel. I am so pleased with the end result and quality! My house before had never been fixed up since it was built in the 1950s. C|C Builders not only updated things like the electrical and plumbing, but made my home beautiful with an opened up kitchen, redoing the bathrooms, and refinishing the hardwood floors. The pictures are a before and after of my kitchen!”
