“Joumana Moore receives a five star review from us and it is thoroughly deserved. Joumana has provided us with a total service including planning, design, building expertise, contact to suppliers, project management and has also covered off all of the little painful jobs that go with a renovation. Joumana has always kept our budget requirements in the front of her mind and has given us every opportunity to make decisions based around our budget while also making sure we get the design we have always wanted with a high standard finish. Joumana has been very flexible where we have made changes and provided excellent advice about how to proceed and the relative cost of things. Joumana is assisted by an excellent team of professionals that help co-ordinate the renovation. Our build is on schedule and on budget and we are very grateful that Joumana has lead the project and made life so much easier for us. “We were really pleased with the service we received from Quantum Built as we were with the final results of our renovations. The team worked with us closely from the original concepts and designs to material selections and budget management. We were first time renovators and felt Scott, Jason and the team showed their expertise and understanding in guiding us through the process. During the planning stage they were always quick to respond to our requests with design alterations and when we needed to tailor the plans to work within budgetary limitations they did so without delay. I would like to give a particular mention to the project site manager who was always understanding and respectful that our family lived on site during the build. Special attention was paid to minimize our discomfort. I am confident that Quantum Built will manage any post-project maintenance with the same diligence and focus on customer service.”

“There is no doubt, that when you employ a builder you want them to be reliable and consistent. Murray initially renovated my house which had some challenges. He and his team always stayed calm and worked through any obstacles that were presented. He has backed up the construction with the quick fixing of any defects and updates with out any problems. Nothing is a problem for Murray. I have since employed Murray to work on other parts of my house, and the results are excellent.”
