“This is Craig Kitterman. I have been in practice in Salt Lake City since 1981. I am a licensed architect in the State of Utah and a licensed residential designer in the State of Nevada. I have worked with Richard Hunt of PCM over many years, and on a variety of residential projects. These projects range from new luxury homes down to remodels of existing homes. I have always found him to be an honest, capable builder. He exceeds the performance of many other builders I have worked with. My clients all agree. I have no reservations in recommending him as a builder of fine homes. If I could have any contractor build all of my projects, I would be delighted to have that be Richard Hunt.”

“Cameo Homes has recently built our home. The company is run by three bothers and a father. We are building a custom home so it has been a process. They are always available when needed. They have lined thereselves with excellent subcontractors. There building standards are very strict. We designed a home that is different from other houses they have built. We have faced some challenges, but in the end we have a marvelous home. They are very knowledgeable on the entire building process. They have been in business for years and built many homes in the North Salt Lake area, and Park City. A custom home can be difficult to build because it is hard to define budgets completely because of all the customer selections. We were over budget so when building a custom home communication is the most important part of building a home.”

“I consider myself fortunate to have had Jared Rakisits of Alexander Design Build as the contractor on three projects in Park City, Utah - one renovation and two new build residences. I was the Owner on each of these projects as well as the Architect. As an Architect with over thirty years of experience I am most particular concerning the quality of the people who I select to represent me on these type projects and I have never once had any reason to question Jared's competence, knowledge of the marketplace, relationship with his subcontractors or his ability to communicate effectively with all the regulatory players who are involved in the building process here in Summit County. Not only do I HIGHLY recommend Jared and his company, I feel so strongly about his contribution to the team that I will not build in Park City or Summit County if he is not the contractor.”
