“We used Urban Living for our full renovation. We met with Rafal and immediately connected and as this was our first building project we found this really helpful. We were provided a competitive quote and then followed up several references so we could see his team’s work. Once the build got underway we dealt with Rafal on a daily basis. The whole team were hard working and professional, and this was also recognised by our neighbours who gave positive comments about them. We are happy to recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

“Ash Builders refurbished my house in June 2018. From start to finish I received the most excellent service. Slim’s knowledge of the building trade and refurbishments was extremely insightful, helping me make good decisions on what I could have in my home. The work was carried out by Slim and his sons in the time frame arranged and was done efficiently with minimum disruption. A hard task when internal walls were being knocked down. They were clean, tidy and friendly. No job was too big or small for them, even when I changed my mind! I would 100% recommend Ash Builders for their above excellent work. “Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”
