“Building a custom home can be quite overwhelming...so we were told! Decisions are endless and opinions change through the process. Our experience of building our first custom home was SO much better than what we had anticipated based on the horror stories you often hear of! Genuine Custom Homes was with us each and every step of the way and Karl was amazing to work with!!! His organization skills speak volumes for themselves. We were constantly kept in the loop of what the current status was and what we could expect to come and it was so nice to know that we had someone supervising our project who cared about our home just as much as we did! Karl was always in contact with us and set up appointments for us with his chosen professionals who already knew about our style before we even arrived to meet with them to discuss specifics. We were involved in the entire process and when we were not immediately available we had the confidence that Karl knew our goals and style well enough to make things happen as we would have them. We would absolutely recommend a Genuine Custom Home to our friends and family-- we have now been in our home for six months and from the date of move in we have not been disappointed! On top of that...Karl has been in contact occasionally to check in with us which is nice...it's not often you get taken care of after the completion of your project (sale)!”

“My wife and I hired Parker Kane Custom Homes in late summer 2013 to do an outdoor living area along with some interior redesign. We found them through a recommendation from our architect. Everybody at Parker Kane was very professional, hard working, and friendly! Before we started the project I gave Parker Kane a hard deadline to be finished before my wife's surprise birthday party. They finished the project on time and it was beautifully done! We were so happy with Parker Kane we hired them to do a total remodel of our kitchen the following summer. Again I put a hard deadline on the finish for a party we were hosting with close friends. Again Parker Kane came through for us and the kitchen turned out awesome! I have recommended Parker Kane Custom homes to some friends and will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants a fantastic build on their new home or remodel.”

“Lewis has been one fo the top contractors I have worked with. I;ve done many building and remodeling projects and he stands out as the best communicator of all the contractors I have worked with. He is trust worthy. When he tells you what is going to get done he does everything he can to get it done in time and if he can't, he tells you. No bull. The quality of work has been excellent. “I was referred to Rhino Design Build by a long-time friend, and the job was to restore a masonry store front that had been damaged by a vehicle. Danny produced a common-sense solution that should have produced a rapid completion. The City of San Antonio required extra professional evaluations and modernization that was beyond the repairs and involved extra costs. He dealt with these extra requirements and the job was completed in a reasonable time, even with the extra work and extra specialty reports that the City required. I was pleased with the jobs performed. The property was in escrow to be sold when this happened, and no problems resulted.”

“Chuck Farmer built our residential home 10 years ago. We were very pleased with the work quality, willingness to support all the last minute changes we wanted to add, flexibility and work detailing. The house was started in November 2007 and we moved in August 2008. We have enjoyed this house for 10 years and we believe we made a solid worthwhile investment. Initially we had a different builder in mind but we hired Chuck Farmer because he added value to the project and his proven work ethics and quality.”
