“We were searching for a new home that reflected our personalities and fit our lifestyle. The Reliant Builders team (Terrry, Greg, and Nancy) were the ONLY builders in Virginia Beach who listened to our desires. We were on a very tight timeline and we had to have a home (or home site) chosen in less than 2 weeks. On the 11th day of searching, we found Reliant Builders and our worries disappeared. The design of the homes are beautiful, but what really made this purchase happen was the willingness (of Reliant Builders) to change designs to fit our wants. If we have another home purchase in our future, Reliant Builders will be the first company we call!”
