“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“Lewis | Construction Group worked with me on a complete remodel of my first home. The knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail blew me away. Not only were the recommendations solid and sound, Jay had a ton of great input that lead to a better end product. We ended up removing a wall between the kitchen and living room to give a more family style feel. This was definitely a selling point for the home and potential buyers loved the open space. Jay and team are respectful, aware and responsible. Everything I would expect from a General Contractor but often cannot find. We have worked with Lewis | Construction group on all our subsequent home remodels, and will continue to do so. Integrity is the most important thing to us, and Jay and team bring that 10 fold. “We hired TWC for a substantial exterior remodel of our 45 unit apartment building in North Seattle. This was a complex job that dealt with a number of siding materials and building systems not to mention significant disruption to our tenant base. TWC sheparded the job along within price guidance and within needed timeframe; not to mention they did a great job interfacing with our tenants and other vendors. TWC delivered with flying colors!
