Our wish list exceeded our budget and they were very good about steering us in the right direction about what the most pressing issues were and what could wait another year or two. The communication from the project manager was stellar. We had some roof shingles blow off during a storm while we were away. They got in touch with us to let us know and fixed the problem for us right away. They did stellar work and really took care of us from a customer service perspective. We will definitely work with these guys again.”

“Greg Clancy came highly recommend to us by my cousin, who's house was built by Greg. My husband and I bought a house in N. Falmouth that was built in 1987 and needed an updated floor plan and design. Greg met with us and immediately saw the long term goal we had for the home and was willing to work with us in stages as we couldn't take it all on at once. He made our difficult decisions easy by presenting scenarios that would help our home work well until we could do the "big renovation". I've always acted as my own general contractor but as we live hours away from Falmouth, knew I needed a general contractor with great sub contractors to get this initial project finished. Greg has treated us like all of his "high-end" clients and I can not say enough about his professionalism, daily text-messages with photos and weekly updates. He even plowed the street in front of our house to clear a clogged street drain that was flooding. I thought I knew a lot about design but he has installed it all, and has given me so many great ideas for "phase II". Greg Clancy is respected by everyone we have met in Falmouth for his expertise, high level of communication and quality of work. He even had my house professionally cleaned when he was finished! We are ready to move in and could not be more pleased with Clancy Construction.”

“Philbrook Engineering & Construction has been our "building partner" for 16 years now. We have hired them to assist us in the design, and then subsequently engineer and build three high end custom "dream homes" for us here on Cape Cod. My wife and I enjoy the entire building creative process and get the itch to do it again every 5 or 6 years. We were actually approached with unsolicited offers to sell both of the previous homes that they built for us which speaks volumes. I guess it goes without saying that we have found them wonderful to work with and extremely professional. My wife and I regularly hear horror stories from others who have not had the same experience when hiring a building contractor. In addition to our homes, I have hired PE&C for 3 other construction projects at my local business.
