“Ken was the third contractor I interviewed before choosing his company to do an emergency re-build of a family members home which was lost to a fire. The project was a very stressful time for me, but with Ken's help we got the new home constructed in the required amount of time to achieve insurance re-reimbursement (which is NOT easy to do, by the way) The new home turned out great. Subsequently, I hired Ken to do a major kitchen and bath re-model at my 24 year old house.- as well as install crown molding an a large tiled shower. All I can say is he tries to keep his promises and and be at the job site when needed. I feel he has fair pricing, good workers and subcontractors, and runs and honest and ethical company.”

“I can't say enough about the quality work and personal attention we received from Biron homes. They've done a complete master bath remodel and a complete kitchen remodel for our Naperville home and the results were amazing. Our jobs included electrical, plumbing, cabinets, counter tops, flooring and fixtures and Biron Homes are experts in all of it.. The very first time we met with them they listened to what we wanted to do, what our budget was, and then applied their experience and vision to come up with a design that far exceeded our expectations . The quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and professional service we received from Biron homes is superior to any experience we've had with contractors in the past. If anything was not up to our satisfaction they fixed it no questions asked. Phone calls were returned promptly, workers were there when promised and jobs were completed on time and on budget. This company is top notch.”

Next, they not only agreed to use our plan, but improved on it! Nick had so many wonderful ideas, and Cheryl helped us from beginning to end with selections, contractors and any little question that we may have had. The subcontractors that they work with are only the best, and showed professionalism and craftsmanship. Cheryl and Nick were on site so often that I feel that they have become friends. They take such pride in their homes and customers! Our home was completed on schedule, and we have been living in our beautiful home for a year.
