We added many custom features throughout our home and Rick was always accommodating. His materials and labor were top notch and he always provided timely, professional service. “Adaptive Building Solutions helped us do a remodel on our home in 2012. They moved an staircase, expanded a bathroom, and added a closet. We were happy with the work ABS did for us - particularly the lovely built-in woodwork (shelves, bench, etc.). His price was more competitive than others who gave us quotes and was helpful in thinking about ways to adjust the project scope to keep us in budget. He was flexible along the way as we thought of minor additional changes we wanted to make. We would recommend Mike to others.”

“Scott Christopher, or more specifically his renovation company Surpass, did a spectacular job completely remodeling our 1946 Cape Cod lake house. Previously it had very limited views of the lake but today, with the addition of a new kitchen space and elimination of numerous walls, the lake is visible from virtually every room. While the house has clearly been modernized his cabinet makers and workmen preserved the traditional feel of our old house. In addition, we signed on with a specific finish date in mind, December 24, giving them barely 4 months to complete. Although it frequently required weekend construction, which we lived through, they were done on the 20th.”

They really understood the "look and feel" we wanted the house to have, and showed terrific commitment (even passion) to its design and construction. Their enthusiasm for the project rivaled ours. Meadowlark very successfully built us the home we had envisioned when we first thought about this project. Highly recommended.”

Christian has turned our cramped, inefficient 1930 kitchen into a more spacious, beautiful and useful space. Clever design details and skilled craftsmanship are always foremost when working with Christian and his team. We know we can count on them to creatively and cost efficiently tackle those unforeseen issues inherent in old house renovation. Their suggestions to fine tune the kitchen design details have added great value and utility to our original plan. It was again a pleasure to have the Watermark craftsmen and their well coordinated subcontractors working in our home. Always considerate and efficient, the team works hard to deliver high quality finishes to surprise and delight the homeowner. We recommend Watermark Homes without reservation.”

Bob didn't try and force his solution to fit our needs as most of the other contractors. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a solution that was perfect for us at a reasonable price.”

“We have used Costanza Homes over the past 3 years for a whole house renovation at purchase, the addition of a finished basement, an outdoor patio, a butler pantry addition, and even a 250 sq foot treehouse with a loft. Pete and his crew have always been on budget, and are great at coming up with innovative suggestions to improve your ideas. Our home is absolutely amazing and that is largely attributable to the work that Costanza Homes has done.”
