Andrew is a thoughtful and caring professional, who works hard to ensure that his clients build the best home for their budget. He works closely with the clients, architect and designer and is in constant communication with the whole team. The clients are very comfortable asking him questions and they love working with him. Andrew is a team-player with a positive attitude. He provides input to the design ideas and has great attention to detail.”

“We could not be happier with the home Nejasmich Developments completed for us in 2020. Our daughter and her familty previously purchased a home Nejasmich had under construction. We feel fortunate that Matt and Dan Nejasmich were willing to build on our lot with plans we brought to them. They were extemely easy to work with. They tried to accomodate all of our requests. And, they were very creative in dealing with major design issues overlooked by our architect. Finally, they were quick to follow up to remedy the few problems we had after moving in. Their contractors had been with them for multiple projects and were very experienced in their fields. Matt and Dan have the highest degree of integrity. Threy are very professional and pleasant people to deal with. We have built four homes from the ground up in our past. We would put Nejasmich on the top of the list for any future projects.”

“Bay Remodels was the right company for my renovation. The remodel of my kitchen was well organized from the beginning to the end. I am so very pleased with the results. The subcontractors were on time and extremely competent. Each phase of the work was overseen by Arsen and each day closed with detailed cleanliness. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, well mannered, kind and enthusiastic. It was a pleasant experience, done as I wanted. A job well done, gorgeous! “Masaya Homes offers the most beautiful ADU and furniture products in sustainable teak wood. We purchased two of their 10'x12' units and placed them side-by-side. From the outset, the company owners were highly involved in helping us make design decisions and incredibly responsive to all our questions. It was a true collaboration. The design process and the site configuration steps were clearly outlined with renderings that not only helped us envision the final ADU (interior and exterior), but also matched the delivered product exactly. As with any construction project, there are bound to be complications and setbacks. However, how your construction partner handles those issues are the real test of a client-focused and ethical company. Masaya fits that bill perfectly. They are responsive, communicative, and professional. And final construction was incredibly fast once materials arrived on site. The resulting structure is stunning and every aspect of it is more lovely than we could have imagined. We furnished both units with Masaya furniture as well, rounding out the high quality, high-end look and feel of the entire project. We highly recommend Masaya Homes.”

“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”

“MacLeod D&C just finished rebuilding our house after a fire completely destroyed it. Other than taking longer than predicted, the project was a total success. We love the result. The design was not easy to build - odd angles all over the place and built over a swale that required a complex foundation. It took a lot of care and patience on Ian's part and the skills of several highly competent subcontractors to pull it off. Ian's professionalism, skill, and good humor made the project work - and kept us sane in the process. His ongoing relationships with the architects and his sub contractors kept communications problems to a minimum. We would definitely hire him again.”

“Nordin Builders did an extensive remodel for us. The existing structure came down, but we kept the foundation and expanded the footprint (2000 sq ft became 3000 sq ft). One of Dan Nordin's greatest attributes is professionalism, providing clear and reliable communication throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent and our timeline was adhered to, finishing the WHOLE house remodel in 11 months.”
