“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

He makes sure he uses the best teams for the allocated job, and has keen sense of how to manage and coordinate all sides, seamlessly. He listened, put up with my endless requests and suggestions, worked attentively and methodically, gave us a basement that we will cherish for a long time to come. He made it appear like our basement was the only project he was working on, (which certainly wasn't the case)- always there and always ready. “Craig builders has completed two jobs on our house. First the addition to our kitchen and dinning room. The work done was impeccable and attention to detail is an understatement. They also finished off our "unfinished" basement. A new bathroom, laundry room, kids playroom, stairs, windows and sump pump. The job, again, was done professionally, on time and within our budget. No hidden fees or additions to our contract. I can't say enough about the quality of the work performed, professionalism of the staff and how the company made us feel, whether it was a big or small job, they were on top of every moment in the project.”

“I had my front porch/steps and side steps (including railings) completely redone from wood to trex (composite). The job was performed in a timely manner (in fact quicker than expected) and I am very happy with the final outcome. It’s clear that Steve (the installer) is extremely experienced and even advised of modifications to what was existing to make it even more beautiful. I would gladly hire them (Kanstrukt Group) again when I'm ready to add on an addition or customize/remodel my home.”
