The coordination of the subcontractors & suppliers resulted in a excellent final result. Remodels can be challenging because of the unforeseen problems that arise, so it was a relief to have someone who could identify & resolve the issue. A professional who always held everybody accountable, but maintaining a pleasant attitude with all involved.”

“Byron and Justin did a fantastic job of a total renovation of our beachfront family condo. This is a shared property by 3 families....we are all out-of-state (OH/IL/CT). They were good at communicating with us throughout the project even though we were only on site a few times during the process. They listened carefully to our needs and made great design and product recommendations. This had been our parents condo and had not been updated since the late 1970's. To say it was a time capsule is an understatement. Although it was impossible to increase the size, they did an unbelievable job of making the space feel much larger by removing walls. Gave us ceiling lights and fans, which other contractors had told us was impossible. And, they increased our storage space, allowing each family their own personal storage space in an eye pleasing cabinetry and built-ins. I only wish we had taken before and after shots. In the year since the project was completed, each family has spent a few months living in the space. The transformation is amazing and all three families are more than pleased. Would HIGHLY recommend Phoenix Builders of West Florida to anyone doing a small or large project!”

And there were even a few things that we got that we did not ask for or have to pay for. Towles has been in this community for along time, and they have stood the test of time. “We hired Truex Preferred Construction to build a new garage. They were very professional in all our dealings. We changed the plans several times but it was no problem for them. The sub-contractors they used did a great job for us, they were also very professional in our dealings. I would recommend Truex Preferred Construction to anyone looking to do any type of construction, redesign, even building a new home.”
