We purchased our home while already under construction and had our first of many positive experiences with them finishing the construction to our tastes and design. Since 2016 we have had them do multiple big projects. A year after moving in, we had Brad and his team back to finish our basement where we added a full bath, office/bedroom with a built-in desk and walk in closet along with a large family room space aka man town. May 2022 was our most recent project, where we had them back both expand our deck and add a garage under the deck. We couldn't be happier with the results. “We hired Lorian to upgrade our kitchen and bathroom. Mark and his team did an excellent job. Whether it was coordinating with our cabinet maker or helping us choose flooring for a non-so-straight floor Mark was there to make sure things were done properly. The Lorian team took a thirty year old kitchen and turned it to a bright space where we love to cook. Mark's team also took care of things like old wiring and even an old hornet's nest. “We used Jack General Services to complete work for our condo association as well as for our personal condo unit. In our unit they repaired our kitchen sink, re-grouted the shower, and re-enameled the tub. We are happy with the functionality and the enamel especially looks lovely. For the association, they helped troubleshoot the issue of water getting into the basement we significantly reduce the problem by replacing basement windows and correcting some gutter work.”
