“My husband and I had Mike Monahan and his team do a large addition on our home this past year. we lived though the renovation and it wasn't painful at all. The project was started in October and was completed by March. At one point Mr Monahan asked me if we wanted to do a 2 piece crown molding though out our first floor. I told him that it wasn't in the budget. He went ahead and did it anyway at no additional cost because he valued us as his clients and new that would make the job look wonderful. We are super happy and could not recommend him enough”

“Mark designed two mahogany built-ins for a lovely outdoor sheltered patio. One piece being a custom bar area working to existing stone work. The other a custom amoire style free standing TV unit. Mark always incorporates nice details and is always available to the client and the other trades for questions or consultation. Mark is a pleasure to work with.”

“Paul installed a stone backsplash in my kitchen and did such a great job we referred him to a few of our friends who had him do full remodels of their kitchens and they were just as happy as I was! He is meticulous and easy to work with. I have seen other jobs that he has done and am always so impressed.”
