“We hired Carson Speer Builders to contract the remodel of our home. From personal experience, I have a long list of contractors not to use, and a short list of contractors that I would use again. I would categorize Carson Speer Builders in the group that I would use again. They do great work, they show up when they say they will. and they return calls in a timely manner. “He was recommended to us by our realtor after purchasing a property in need of repair. I can't say enough about Doug. He has been nothing short of outstanding. Not only does he continue to do work at the house we have become friends. He has an excellent team working with him and just as important he has reliable subs. His work is always spot on. He has even gotten us out of a few jams when we needed quick fixes on the weekends. Nothing seems to be out of his reach or too much of a bother. I would recommended him to anyone without reservation”

“Lawrence Building & Renovation built a 20x14 Screen Porch for my family. Kim was an absolute blessing to work with. Very knowledgable and followed through on every part without question. The Porch is beautiful inside and out. Matches the existing home as if it was always there. Her team was very professional and curtious to my family! As a pet owner, making sure our 4-legged family had access to the backyard and a clean working area at the of each day. Nails, building supplies etc were were all cleaned up daily hence no accidents with the pets! I HIGHLY recommend Lawrence Building & Renovation!!”

“Herb and Chris has performed a number of jobs for me and have done a great job. They are hands on and take a lot of care in their work. They are great with clients and reliable. In subcontracting work to them, I don't have to worry about being on the job everyday to micromanage them. They perform quality work and will ask questions if they run into and issue. They stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them. They are great guys.”

“I will recommend Kyle Boerner and Boerner Construction Inc to all my friends and family that are considering building a home or remodeling! I did research before I hired my first custom home builder, and it paid off! My custom lake house is gorgeous and way beyond my expectations. Kyle made the entire process a pleasure (does anybody ever say that during a home building experience?!?). Kyle was very informative on each build process, he is excellent and scheduling his sub contractors so there is always progress, he accommodated my changes without hesitation, and he is very personable. I will use Boerner Construction Inc if I ever build another home!”
