“Matt Richardson provided an extremely professional service from start to finish for a large internal refurbishment of an apartment block with 21 units. Matt conducted a tender for us to make sure that the Owners Corporation Committee could choose the highest quality tradesmen at the most competitive price. He managed all activities including patching and repairing of all walls and ceilings, repairing fire retardant, consultation with paint colour specialists and subsequent painting of all internal walls, ceilings and balustrades, installation of new light fittings and other activities. In addition to managing the work of the tradesmen involved, he managed communications with owners, tenants, real estate agents, the Body Corporate, and other parties. The end product was fantastic and we were delighted with the result. Matt's rates were very reasonable and represented great value for money.”

“We hired Xavier as builder and project manager for our complex bathroom renovation (removing two structural walls). In addition, he was reasonably priced and committed to completing the project within our modest budget. We knew living in our house with two young children during the reno would be testing, however, Xavier made the whole process a dream.
