Ryan is also intrinsically aware of the latest trends, as well as the most innovative products for building in this tough climate. For our family, Watlee Construction is taking a million dollar shell of a beach home, gutting it, and revamping it to become our new dream home. And we are doing it on a budget. We wanted to move the stairs in the home, so they brought in an architect to get it done. We wanted a bigger custom spa, and (snap) done, cabinets and design methods were selected in advance, and any changes made along the way were greeted with a solid answer of, "Yes that's possible," or "No, the structure/code doesn't allow for that." My schedule is busy and Ryan has personally met us on nights and weekends, to get the project moving. Watlee Construction did a previous project in 2012 in Stuart of converting my garage into a master bedroom with master bath, and everyone who sees it is impressed at the transformation. When we bought the new home, we had ideas of what we wanted to do, but now its becoming a reality. Who knew there's a indoor/outdoor two sided fireplace (wow!) or you can lift and stack all your water heaters and a/c's to make more floor space, or yes, you can even build a stairs and a cat door to the master suite, if that's what you desire. Without the guidance of the team from Watlee Construction, we would have had exactly what we asked for and nothing more. “Renovating our condo seemed like a daunting task as we were removing everything to the studs and live in NJ. Castle has been like a dream. They began on schedule and have stayed on schedule. Richard looks out for our best interests, especially when he feels I have been given an estimate that he feels is too high. He will go out himself and search for a lower bid. Every subcontractor he sends us to has also told us how great he is and how wonderful he is to work with. I have gone down numerous times to check up on things and to give approvals and all of his workmen for electricians, painters, cabinet makers, to plumbers have all been very respectful. The environment has been kept as clean as possible. It is true when I say Castle has treated this job as if it were their own home. And they have many other projects going on at the same time. This is a very busy town with a lot of renovating. We are scheduled to finish our project at the end of August 2012.”

“The Courchene Team is wonderful! They totally updated a condo in Florida for my husband and me while we were living out of state. This included everything within the condo; demolition of existing items including 3 walls, plumbing, electrical, and installation of just about everything. This was our first experience of a project of this size so we needed lots of assistance in selecting designs and materials. Plus we had to made many decisions in 2 1/2 days while we were onsite.
