“We would like to thank everyone at Gambrick for the personal and professional service that was shown to our family throughout the process of building our new home. I talked to a couple contractors and they were supposed to give me a price and blueprint on building me a new home, but months went by and I heard nothing. I'm so glad I was able to hire John and the Gambrick team. I had an idea of the house I wanted and with their plans we got just as close as we could get. They always kept me informed on everything that was going on, from the drawing of the plans to the actual building of our new home. If I had any questions at all, no matter how big or small, they always took the time to answer them. All of the crew were nice and professional from the beginning to the end. His work is excellent and our neighbors have all commented on the high quality of his execution and finishes throughout the project. “The first thoughts when deciding to build a new house is: 1. How do I get this done with the least amount of work, time and worry? 2. Who can I trust to attentive to details, creative, and provide frequent and honest communications? 3. Will they be fully transparent and follow the budget? 4. Will they meet the agreed upon timelines? With these questions in mind, we chose Herrmann Construction for the 2nd time!! This company is by far the "best in class" !! Their performance was superior and we have recommended them to several of our friends as well as people who just stopped by to ask questions during the construction! Please, do yourself a favor - check out Herrmann Construction!!!”
