“We went to see Cindy Walters with Riverside Homes at the end of July of 2017. We ended up purchasing and building a home. Cindy was in contact with us every step of the way and never hesitated to answer any questions or concerns I have had. The superintendent Bobby has also been in constant contact throughout our home building process. An owner of Riverside Homes personally introduced himself to us at our closing, saying he hoped that we loved our home, etc. Riverside Homes takes an interest in their customers and goes above and beyond for them. Our home is as every bit as amazing as I hoped it would be from the granite countertops in my kitchen to the amazing design of our master bath. Thank you for making our first home building experience amazing.”

“Denise and her team did a beautiful renovation to our stairs. They transformed our stairway from carpet to wood. They stained and sealed the wood, making sure we were satisfied with each piece prior to installation. Very professional team with great communication and treated this project as if it were their own house! Highly recommend for any home renovation project!”

“I have know Carl Jacobs for many years. I contracted with him in early 2000 to build me a wonderful two story country style home. It was and is the envy of the neighborhood. Carl is a true professional and really knows his trade. Any problem I had before the construction was complete or even after it was complete he was there to work the issue. “Frank and his staff from Finial are wonderful! Frank designed and built our dream home. He listened and planned with us for months and incorporated every detail we wanted. Frank thought of many things we would not have. The result is beautiful exquisite and we could not be more happy. Frank and his team were wonderful throughout the building process. We were informed of progress, details were patiently explained and every sub was very respectful. Frank is very honest, clear and supportive. If we were to build another home, we would use Finial!
