All my concerns were addressed appropriately and all deadlines were met. We have built a home before but this was an excellent experience compared to first home building experience. “Lakeside Landscape helped us remodel a 1950's house. We were very pleased with their work, both in design and quality of workmanship. They completely remodeled the kitchen and master bath, designed and built a large closet- dressing room, removing many tiny closets and an out of date ubath to do so. We were able to live in the house during the remodeling, so were on-site a great deal of the time. Their sub-contractors did excellent work. We have now lived in the house for approximately three years, and are very happy with it.”

“We are in the final phases of building a new home with Hillcrest Builders. Our experience with this company has been amazing! Oyvind Solvang (Owner) is very involved with the home building process. He met with us many times going through our plans and options. He was accommodating, yet realistic with what we could afford. We felt comfortable and at ease with the open line of communication they provided. Everyone on their team has been helpful and kind. Jim Kelly our project manager keeps us informed of progress and what we can expect to see during construction. He is very attentive and always responds to calls or emails the same day. “We decided to build with TOH based on their attention to detail and quality of construction. We were astonished at how fast our house was built (about 90 days) and how organized the process was.When they told us something was going to be done in a given week it was done.The whole process was NOT stressful and we liked that we didn't need to pick out the piddly things like light switches and exact fixtures. We simply went to their showroom and picked out EVERYTHING, however if we wanted to use our own ceiling fans we had on hand we could We continue to be impressed with their home warranty care now that we have lived here almost three years. I noticed a very minor scratch/blemish in a bathtub and they sent a vendor out to buff it out that same week. (This was well after our "1 year warrant" had expired and I was simply inquiring about who would be able to fix it and TOH insisted on fixing it for us :) Thank you so much to Tim Obrien Homes for helping us achieve our dream home and keeping in touch years later! These guys aren't going anywhere!!”

“After a long search for a builder who would meet our needs we chose Demlang Builders. We met one of their realtor/new home construction consultants, Ryan Exley, who provided all of the information we needed to make an educated choice. Ryan, Lisa, Colleen and Cheryl helped us to go through the initial steps and design process magnificently! We told them what we wanted in our home and they assisted us in making the desired modifications to the home plan and choices from paint to cupboards. As novices to the building process, we can't thank them enough for all of the help and guidance they provided. From the ground breaking through the final walk through of the home, the process went wonderful! Jason, the project manager, kept us up to date on the progress and answered all of our questions during the home building process. The final product is just beautiful! Everybody who has seen the home have had positive comments of the design and flow of the home. We plan on having many years of enjoyment in this home. All we can say is this project would not have happened without the help of the whole Demlang team from owners Rod and Colleen to all of their fantastic employees.
