Trust me, I've had a few problems when it came to this. Creative Remodeling and Tal were so good that I have already referred 2 of my friends and family members. You would think because the prices were so competitive that the quality and service would suffer, but we were happily surprised that it went even more smooth than anticipated. They were extremely easy to reach, and they were always on point in responding.

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while.
I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring.
My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting.
Over all the job was fantastically done!”

Finally we met with Erez from Metro builders, the professional presentation and the experience, we felt so comfortable.
He build for us a 450 Sq ft gust house in the back yard, with full bath room, kitchen, bedroom and living room.
the all process was so smooth, the communications in between the workers was amazing.
