“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“True Concepts did a great job for us. We had it fix up a bathroom (replace shower, toilet, patch and paint the walls, install fixtures, and fix some mill work). In addition to high quality work done within the estimated time frame, a couple other things set True Concepts apart. First, communication was really clear and helpful; so many contractors do a poor job with that. Second, True Concepts provided creative thinking and problem-solving. We'll definitely hire True Concepts again.”

Everything of the quality we were seeking was highly priced or had association fees that were extremely high. We found the Pratt development in Hugo and bought a lot the same day. The quality of these homes is very high, the pricing is very reasonable. We stopped nearly every day during the building process and the quality of the craftmanship was superior. They bend over backwards to make it a wonderful experience for the buyer. We love everything about our new home.”

“This firm did some remodeling and building for us. We had a moisture intrusion issue that required replacing all of our stucko with cement siding and stone work, some structural repairs, replacement of all windows and interior trim for windows and patio doors. After a hail storm they reroofed. We also did a bathroom remodel - replacing one with two 3/4 baths.We built an out building that matched the design of our home to the satisfaction of the local association in an upscale neighborhood. We were very happy with all of the work.”

“DeAnne helped me with two remodeling projects. "Helped" is not the word I should choose. She was the general contractor hiring and scheduling all the sub-contractors, scheduling appointments with suppliers (appliances, lighting fixtures, carpet, tile, granite, paint). She also accompanied me on shopping trips to select accessories, etc. DeAnne worked within my time constraints--each remodeling project had to be completed within a three-month time frame since we occupy the property in question for a short period each year and I needed to be present while the work was in progress.
DeAnne obviously has a terrific working relationship with all her subs and suppliers. She is very well-respected in the industry which spilled over into my relationships with them.
I would definitely hire DeAnne for future projects and have recommended her to several of my friends.”

“Kevin and his crew were great to work with! Over several months, they restored my run down investment property and turned it back into a beautiful historic preservation home! They gutted three full bathrooms, dry walled, tiled flooring, worked with plumber on installation of new bath tubs, sinks, toilets. Remodeled 2 kitchens and one kitchenette. Installed flooring and repaired/ refinished hardwood. Worked with inspectors & subcontractors: insulating floor joists, attic, basement limestone walls, electricians, HVAC; to bring this 110 year old house up to code. There were a million little “surprises” that came up-while tearing some of the spaces down to the studs...Kevin worked with me to make the best decisions -keeping budget and schedule on track.
