“We had a full kitchen remodel including removing a supporting wall in an old 1932 home. The work was beyond what we had expected in quality. The preparation by Earl Weaver with the removal of lath and plaster, doors, moldings, wood floors, was done with care. Every day the house was left clean, and all debris removed. Upon the installation of the kitchen each step was done with the highest quality, in the workmanship, and materials. Each Earl Weaver employee was a master craftsman, and the prep work, and the final result showed the quality of each employee at Earl Weaver. The new kitchen was beyond beautiful, and functional. I would only use Earl Weaver Contractors LLC for all my home needs.”

He's incredibly knowledgeable about the processes and products that are being put into your project and/or home. Our project involved clearing part of a heavily wooded lot that we plan to build on in the very near future (Turnberry will be building the home as well) and it was done quickly, professionally, and under budget! We've worked with several builders and contractors over the years and Turnberry is by far the best.”

We began from scratch with Keith and he always steered us in the right direction from the initial design phase to layout, location and completion. His open communication and unfettered access to the project through all phases put my wife and I at ease every step of the way. Keith never cut corners and always did the right thing to ensure a quality build and quality project. Upgrade prices were more than fair and the final products exceed my expectations. “My husband and I had Mike Monahan and his team do a large addition on our home this past year. we lived though the renovation and it wasn't painful at all. The project was started in October and was completed by March. At one point Mr Monahan asked me if we wanted to do a 2 piece crown molding though out our first floor. I told him that it wasn't in the budget. He went ahead and did it anyway at no additional cost because he valued us as his clients and new that would make the job look wonderful. We are super happy and could not recommend him enough”

“From finding a lot to build on, to coming up with over 20 basic homes, to customizing it to our needs, these guys are beyond belief. Once we closed on the land, and came up with the final plans, had the land surveyed to breaking ground, today is 3 months. They are about 70% complete. They really know their stuff.”

“Mark designed two mahogany built-ins for a lovely outdoor sheltered patio. One piece being a custom bar area working to existing stone work. The other a custom amoire style free standing TV unit. Mark always incorporates nice details and is always available to the client and the other trades for questions or consultation. Mark is a pleasure to work with.”
