After reviewing our plans, they made it clear that there was flexibility and that all communications would be open, accounted for, and documented. “We purchased a home built by Paragon and moved in last fall. The house is gorgeous and really well made. The builder has always been super helpful and open to suggestions, and the minor issues we did have were addressed promptly and with a kind attitude. Aside from being beautiful, our house has already proven to be highly efficient, which does show up in our monthly energy bills. Paragon's houses have a character, and are built with care and to last. I highly recommend Paragon to anyone who is looking to buy new construction.”

“My experience in working with Aerial during the purchase process was very positive. The house was already under construction but my partner and I had input into such items as interior paint colors, kitchen details, landscaping and a number of finish options. Everyone at Aerial was willing to accomodate our requests and do all possible within the timeline we had to close on the house. We will be in the house a year this July and we are enjoying living in it alot. Both my partner and I would (and do) highly recommend Aerial Development homes to others in the market for quality new construction in both the East Nashville and Salemtown/Germantown neighborhoods of Nashville!
