Corey presented us with a proposal that outlines every detail of the project and the time frame for each item. When all was said and done, we had the sunroom of our dreams, it was completed on time and with in budget. We were so pleased that we have asked Alcoa to proceed with another project for our home. Mike and Justin are awesome to work with. The whole construction process was a lot less stressful than we expected because of there attention to detail, organization, communicating with us on regular basis about project and high standards. They were building this home for us but there attention to detail and high standards made it feel like they were building this house for themselves.
They understood our vision for our home perfectly and made suggestions, most of which we did, that have made our home flow and function so much better.
Tracy the office manager put together a great homeowners book for us filled with great information along with a flash drive of pictures taken during the construction project.
We will definitely use them again.

“We just finished building our home with S & S. They're a great company to work with. The building process was very straight forward from our first meeting to the end of construction. They use Builder Trend so you are able to track construction progress through weekly photos and a calendar. All changes requested go through your Builder Trend account so you have a running total throughout the building process. I loved that feature. There were no unexpected and unpleasant surprise costs when it was time to close.
Most of the sub contractors were really great to work with and really took a lot of pride in the quality of their work. Our job foreman was so good to work with, he kept us informed regularly throughout the build. Like any new home build, things went slow at times but overall it was a pretty painless experience.
So far we haven't needed much for warranty service just very minor things like adjusting garage doors and paint touch ups. When we have called, S&S has been very quick to respond and get things fixed. So has the landscape company AWP.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to build in St George.”
