Jason and Legion builders coached me through the entire process with unfailing patience and good humor, even when my wife and I changed our mind 3 times as to the kitchen layout, the last time after the basic structure had already been laid out. On budget and on time, I am genuinely delighted I trusted Jason with this project and would unhesitatingly recommend his services to anyone thinking of building their own home in Houston.”

“John Newton of Cornerstone Builders recently built us a home in Weatherford, TX. We could not be more pleased!! John is a man of high integrity. He is a family man, trustworthy, and very intent on making everything right! John is extremely reliable, which is important in the building process. He answers emails, texts and is regularly on site. Having a talented builder is a real plus. He leveled dirt on a tractor, dabbled in a couple plumbing projects, installed appliances and much more. He even cut a metal hanging candle holder that I wanted to hang in a niche; it was just a tad bit too large. He has been in the profession long enough to have selected some outstanding contractors. We feel that we had the "best of the best" plumbers, electricians, tile layers, carpenters, etc. I don't think we will be moving from this gorgeous home, but If we did need to downsize or move for any reason, John would be building us another home! “We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

“Walker Properties just completed a fantastic remodel of our Jack/Jill restroom. From the initial meeting, Josh Walker was very helpful in guiding me to what would be most beneficial to the project and had several suggestions that saved us a lot of money and time. Josh was very straightforward with his estimate and broke things down in case we decided to do the project in stages. His crew was very meticulous, respectful of our time and home, and very accommodating when I decided to add something in mid-remodel(extra painting). The job was completed in less than two weeks and it is beautiful and everything I asked for and more. I HIGHLY recommend Walker Properties and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“While facilitating the closing of our home, the CBC professionals also helped us to identify a lot that met our needs in the desirable Spring Valley area. They simultaneously helped us to discern what type of builder would align with our wants, needs, values and pocketbook. From the experiences of many friends and colleagues, the process of selecting the “right” builder is typically difficult, complex and fraught with uncertainty. In our case, however, we must say that the process of finding our builder, with the help of the CBC team, was relatively simple and easy. The ease of that process gave us more time and freedom to consider what we wanted in our home and we moved forward relatively quickly! We are about 50% complete with our home now and are on time, on budget, and we see the quality of our home as it is being built…we are there almost every day observing! Working with the CBC Team has made what is very often a stressful, time-consuming and dynamic process almost seamless! ` I would highly recommend you using CBC to assist you in finding the right builder and the right location for your new custom home! “I can't say enough good things about working with Frankel Building Group team. I guess a good place to start would be with their countless awards, inlcuding Custom Builder of The Year several years in a row. After I met the guys, saw their quality of work, and I understood why! Rodney, their in-house designer, was so thoughtful in terms of how the house should sit on our land and very considerate when laying out the floorplan to fit our modern lifestyle. Although he designs more traditional houses and we prefer a modern aesthetic, he constructed a beautiful sleek and sophisticated exterior in the same vein of photos we had sent along. Then Brad made a 3D rendering of the house so we could see it from every angle and "walk" through it. Such a cool feature and made all the differnce when choosing exterior materials. Because we are building in Atlanta, FBG can't construct our house, but Scott Frankel has worked hand-in-hand with our builder to make sure it is built according to their standards and within our budget. The team went above and beyond to design our dream house. Along the way, they have been such a pleasure to work with, listening to all of our concerns and adpating to our edits. We truly enjoyed working with them and would recoommend them in a heartbeat!”

“Hiring Chellyanna Contractors, was the best decision I could have made. They are professional, knowledgeable, open, honest and transparent. They were dedicated to creating a design and project that worked around my budget and concerns, and the quality of their work was impeccable and on time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Any questions I had were answered in short order and I never felt anything but comfortable entrusting my home to them. 10/10 would hire again.”

“Whitestone Builders and the owner, David Gordon, has had a working relationship with Collaborative Design Group Architecture and Interiors for over 6 years. We have primarily provided him with interior design services for his spec homes and for the majority of his clients for that time period. We do all of the cabinetry design as well, and have just started to do some of his architectural work too. David Gordon is one of the most reputable builders that we work with now and cannot recommend him highly enough. He has assembled a great new team of project managers, and provides a multitude of services to his clients – his most significant is his PCA, Pre-Construction Agreement for new home buyers. This allows David to help them with lot selection and purchase, design direction and the selection of the right architect and interior designer for the project, and has proven to be a popular offering among his clients. It is a great way to bring a professional of his caliber into the initial custom home building process, especially for a new buyer. Whitestone Builders has an exemplary record with our clients as well, David is a man of faith and that shows through in his dealings with our mutual clients. His projects have garnered him numerous awards, and he is active in the houston building community and has acted in numerous leadership roles. Whitestone Builders was named Custom Builder of the Year for 2012 by the Greater Houston Builders Association, their top award in the city.
