“I'd planned on having a home built for years , but had always heard the horror stories of how big a hassle it can be. Thomas & Tanya of OZ Homes, (formally Loreto Homes) put those concerns behind me. They were great at explaining the process to me in layman's terms, so I knew what was going on, And as I was still living and working in Kansas City, I could not come down that often during the week to monitor progress, but they kept me updated via phone, text and photos. If I found any miscues in the construction (which were few and minor) it was usually caught by them and being corrected before I could even point it out. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Tim designed and built our house from the ground up. It took him about 7 months to complete the build and we are very happy. He started with a design and realistic budget. He helped us stay on budget and paid attention to the details. He is very professional. We have had several other friends use him to build their house or do a remodel and he has maintained those relationships, which tells you that they are happy with the results.”

“When I decided to downsize & have a custom, energy efficient home built, I was pleasantly surprised to find this company headed by a builder who had done an addition on my prior home. John is meticulous, hires excellent sub-contractors, and is very easy to work with. My home turned out beautiful. Unfortunately, it was way over budget/estimate, because my architect included a lot of expensive detailing which was not budgeted for. I would have opted for less beautiful to save substantial funds, if I had known.”
