“Bill and his crew where great to work with and always available when I needed to communicate with them. My job required more repair work that originally anticipated but Barber Homes replaced all the rotten wood so I will never have to worry about later issues. They made suggestions on my bath and living room remodel that where right in line with what I wanted and the finished product looks fantastic.”

“My wife and I knew that building our dream home might be the most significant financial decision we ever make, and choosing the builder for that home would be one of, if not the most important part. Out of the thousands of decisions we had to make during the process, I can honestly say that choosing to work with Ryan Miller Builders was the best one. When our family moved back to Greenville from Chicago, we bought a home that Ryan had built for another client and lived there for 3 years, so I knew the quality was there. It wasn’t until we decided to work with him, however, that I truly understood why friends who had used him were so enthusiastic about their experience. Ryan, Kenny and the rest of the team continually worked to exceed our expectations. “Judd Builders has done work for me many times. I really appreciate their responsiveness and I feel that they are priced very fairly for the quality of work they produce. They are able to do the straight forward simple task as well as be able to come up with some very creative and beautiful designs to solve whatever problems I have had at my homes or business locations. I would recommend them both for a new home build as well as a remodel in an existing space. All my experiences with Judd Builders have been positive and I look forward to working again with them in the future.”

“Aspen Builders built our home in Flat Rock, NC in 2011. We built an addition 1 year later and never considered using anyone but Matt Holloway and Aspen Builders. No detail was overlooked and everything was done to perfection. We have a home in Columbia, SC and plan to remodel it and Aspen Builders is coming to SC to do the work for us.”

“We moved into our home, Hemlock Ridge, that Kaizen Homes built in 2016. The whole process from beginning to move in was well planned, professional, and very collaborative between the builder, Jonathan Landry, and ourselves. He uses software that organizes the selection process for fixtures, trims etc. for the customer. This was extremely helpful. He was careful with our budget and if issues or concerns came up they were communicated immediately. Jonathan and his team did a quality job in every aspect of our home. We had no issues after our move in. I would highly recommend Jonathan as a home builder!”

“David Bock and Cimarron Builders have constructed two homes for me in Highlands, NC. The first later sold for $1.25 million and the second for $1.9 million. The quality on both was outstanding. I am convinced that no other builder in the area can construct a home at the same level of quality for a comparable cost per square foot. I expect to use Cimarron Builders on future projects once the market rebounds in this area.”

“Gold Country Custom Homes was a contractor for my design client. Chris Hewell helped my clients build their home . It is beautiful. They wanted their home to be unique . We selected many different finishes and details . Some builders do not want to take the time with details . Chris did and in time . Chris and I worked well together and has referred me to help other clients with design selections . I always enjoy working with his clients . The properties are usually in beautiful setting .”
